All about Greg
I was born in Evanston, Illinois near the North Shore of Chicago. I later moved to New Haven, Connecticut where I attended Salisbury School, a small all-boys boarding school. I went on to Washington College on the Eastern Shore of Maryland before transferring and graduating from Georgetown University in Washington D.C.. While in college, I majored in Political Science, met my eventual wife, and played four years of varsity lacrosse. After graduation, my wife and I moved west to Hood River, Oregon, later moving to Portland to attend Lewis and Clark College, where I earned a Masters in Education. For the next several years, I taught 3rd grade in Beaverton, Oregon. I am now a licensed Realtor in the state of Oregon. I’m currently living in SW Portland with my fabulous wife, Lisa, who works as a pediatric nurse practitioner at OHSU, and our four year old son, Nolan. When I’m not selling Real estate, I coach lacrosse at Portland’s Lincoln High School. My family and I also enjoy participating in activities like kiteboarding, telemark skiing, mountain biking, golf, and running.

My philosophy is simple- I want my clients to be happy! I go above and beyond the norm, helping people buy and sell by giving them the best service while adhering to the highest level of ethical standards. Through my experience and ongoing professional training, I have the expertise, and tools to help you sell or purchase a home, for the best possible price, in the shortest amount of time, with the least inconvenience to you. My ultimate commitment is to guide you through a positive real estate experience.
Educating my Clients
Informed clients make informed decisions. Therefore, I strive to provide my clients with all the information possible so that they can make informed decisions. I begin by going through an A to Z process of buying or selling real estate. I teach clients the steps of the process, explaining each contract to them, and answering any questions they might have. During the actual buying or selling process, I continue to educate my clients while helping them with important information about a potential property or area. For example, I will call local vendors to get bids on a new roof, check with a school district about any boundary changes, or personally view a comparable properties to accurately price a home or verify the price before they enter a real estate agreement. I am committed to do what it takes to keep my clients informed.
I am Always There
People are more important than houses; therefore, I often call to check in with my clients, answer any of their questions concerning the current Real Estate market, and make myself available to them whenever I’m needed. My clients appreciate my straightforward approach and respect for their interests. I ease and guide my clients through the real estate process and transform a blind “leap of faith” to a “step of faith”. In the end, my hope is that I not only helped my clients in all aspects of buying or selling a home, but I created a lasting relationship.
