With more than 21 years experience in sales, I'm focused on what matters most: keeping my clients happy. My philosophy is that if you want to be build a successful long-term business, you don't close a sale, you open a relationship. This has been a sound philosophy considering that more than 95% of my new clients are referred to me by existing ones.
As a Portland resident since 1981, I have vast knowledge of our various neighborhoods. I've helped several of my clients relocate to their second, or even third home. Others have bought investment property. I give my clients sound advice and make their experience of buying or selling a home an enjoyable and uncomplicated process.
My clients' kids call me the Hummus man because I make a point of dropping by to give them some of my Hummus dip and Baba Ghanouj. I'm flattered when my clients call and ask me to make some hummus or Tabouleh for their birthday party, wedding anniversary or holiday party. I enjoy being a part of their lives, watching their families grow, and knowing that they are happy in the home I helped them buy. It's a good life!
