Return to Lloyd Tower
"Common sense and plain dealing" pretty much describes the way I serve my clients. Clients have said many times how much they appreciate my "no pressure" approach to our working relationship.
After three years with another firm, I joined Windermere five years ago because of the professionalism and core values of the company ("customer comes first", and more), and because they do a better job of making today's technology work for brokers and clients. At www.DaveSuttonHomes.com you can sign up for email alerts when the home you specify (bedrooms, size, price range, city(s) and more) comes up for sale (or changes the price). You can view it on line and see all the specifications. If it looks like something you'd like to see, or if you have questions about the neighborhood, the home itself, or anything, contact me and we'll find a time to see it. Or if you'd like to sit down and tell me what your dream home is like, I am happy to do all that for you. When it works best you can view only 4-5 homes, one of which is the one you wanted from the beginning. It sure beats running around to open houses. If you're out of the area I can preview it for you, post 20-30 more pictures to a web site and send you the URL.
Finally, you should know the culture of our office. I am constantly told by clients and friends that in their experience real estate is a "dog eat dog" business. One of the joys of my life is that our office fails that description, and both agents and clients are the better for it. I love this business and I love the way our office works. I'd love to show you our office and introduce you to some of my colleagues.
