Return to Lloyd Tower
I was bitten by the entrepreneurial "bug" early. From the time I was 11 until I was 17, I was a newspaper carrier for the Register Guard in Springfield, Oregon. With the money I saved delivering newspapers, I was able to purchase my first car. After graduating from Springfield High School I worked for Safeway in Springfield, and later in Portland as a cashier, and manager of the produce and frozen foods departments. It was at Safeway where I honed my customer service skills. My entrepreneurial spirit then led me to start my own home management and residential cleaning business which I operated for over 16 years. I also have extensive experience staging and redesigning homes to highlight their best attributes for maximum market appeal. My honesty, integrity and strong work ethic resulted in retaining many of my original clients for over 16 years.
Customer service is in my blood! Whether it be in the grocery store, in a clients home, or in the real estate field, I am devoted to making sure all of your needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. From its inception, I built my business as the sole proprietor and only employee, to a limited liability corporation with three employees. In my home management business, my clients appreciated my ability to coordinate maintenance, repair, landscaping, housekeeping and other service personnel. I was also able to anticipate their needs and accomplish the necessary tasks to achieve their desired goal. I have a passion for real estate and its many facets and I look forward to sharing my knowledge helping you reach your goal and becoming your trusted Windermere agent.
When selling my first home and buying my second I chose a Windermere agent to represent me in all of my real estate transactions. Windermere's professionalism and committment to excellence are leading the way in the real estate industry. Their committment to their clients, agents, and to the community makes them #1 in their field. Windermere Real Estate is the only real estate company I would work for!
As a member of the following organizations, I am better able to keep you informed about the current real estate climate: RMLS (Regional Multiple Listing Service), PMAR (Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors) NAR (National Association of Realtors) OAR (Oregon Association of Realtors).
